Finnegan is my name…..
Waggling my whole body with glee and being the goodest boy is my game….
I am a Frenchie X who I loves climbing on laps for cuddles and am a very happy well mannered chap…
At the age of one I found myself in a regional pound…
Pug Rescue luckily took me in a have majorly turned my life around…
And now it’s my turn for a furever home to be found…

I’m very interested in listening and watching everything…
As I lived a bit of sheltered life previously and am still taking normal city life in…
Pug Rescue says I am a beautifully soft natured boy who goes with the flow and follows instructions perfectly….
I know how come, follow, leave it, sit and wait and I will give you a smile with my teethy…

I wasn’t desexed, I had reflux related to my breathing and my breathing wasn’t very good with my nostrils being tiny slits and my soft pallet was really blocking my airways meaning I was struggling to get in air…
So Dr Caitlin and the Geelong Animal Referral Services Service Team desexed me and performed BOAS “Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome” surgery on me involving a folded palatoplasty to thin and trim my very long and thick soft palate, a tonsillectomy to remove my big tonsils and widened my extremely stenotic nostrils/nares…
I was crated rested and was fed soft food and meds for a few weeks to heal up…..
And now my breathing has greatly improved and I’m like a new pup…
Because I still had some baby teeth I underwent a dental at Knox Vet as well…
Dr Laura removed my excess teeth and cleaned my other ones which is swell

So anyway if anyone has a pretty young Frenchie or Bulldog type girl that can be my friend…
That I can play with and snuggle with at days end…
I assure you that I am the one and only handsome boy that can complete your family…
And promise to make you laugh lots and love you unconditionally…
If you can offer a furever home to me..
Please send Pug Rescue an enquiry….

Finnegan xxx

Finnegan is toilet trained but may have accidents in a new home to begin with. He will hold on in a crate.
Finnegan is happy to sleep in a crate with another frenchie or a doggy bed with another frenchie.
Finnegan is now great walking on a lead and harness. He can pull a little bit but this is easily controlled.
Finnegan is fine in a crate in the car.
